Dr. Sean Brennan

Professor of History at the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA

Presentation Title: The Russo-Ukrainian War: The International Response

Dr. Sean Brennan is a Professor of History at the University of Scranton. He achieved his doctorate from the University of Nore Dame in May 2009. He is the author of five books, the most recent being The Essential Speeches of the Cold War, which will come in the fall of 2024″. He specializes in the history of the Second World War and the Cold War, as well as in international relations and religious history.

Dr. Stephanie A. Longo received her Doctorate of Strategic Communication (DSC) from Regent University. She will begin a position as Associate Professor of Corporate Communication at Penn State Scranton in the fall of 2024. Her research interests include ancestral homeland marketing, intercultural communication, crisis communication, and communication in remote-based environments. She has previously presented at the World Conference on Social Sciences and the Broadcast Education Association (BEA) conference. Dr. Donna Roberts

Dr. Donna Roberts is an Associate Dean and a tenured full Professor of Psychology in the College of Arts & Sciences at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide. She holds a PhD in Psychology and several Master’s degrees. Her research interests include resilience, mental health, and the intersection of art and psychology.

Dr. Niranjan Ojha

Dr. Niranjan Ojha obtained his doctorate in history from Tribhuvan University. He is currently employed at the Central Department of History as an Associate Professor of History. His areas of interest in research are tourism, international relations, intercultural studies, ethnography, and oriental studies. Eleven books and several national and international journal papers are written by him. He has already taken part in international conferences on social sciences held in Canada and Italy. Oriental Education in Nepal, his most recent work, was published by Fishtail Publications.

Mrs. Nargesalsadat Mortazavi Najafabadi

Mrs. Nargesalsadat Mortazavi Najafabadi is dedicated scholar in the field of industrial and organizational psychology, currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz. With a BA and MA from the same discipline, she specialize in employee engagement, job burnout, assessment centers, leadership, and organizational culture. Recognized for her academic excellence, she has received numerous awards, including being identified as an Exceptional Talented Student and ranking first among Graduate Students of Organization and Industrial Psychology at the University of Isfahan. Additionally, she achieved second place in the university entrance exam for a master’s degree in Iran. Her contributions extend beyond academia, as evidenced by winning the Isfahan Book Award for my work on the history of studying work psychology in Iran and receiving the Best Congress Paper award at the 2nd International Congress of Islamic Sciences & Humanities. She is also honored to have been invited to prestigious events such as the 1st Cultural Sports Festival for Scientific Elite Women Students of National Higher Education Universities and Institutes.

Ms. Inara Sarybayeva

Ms. Inara Sarybayeva serves as the Scientific Secretary of the Republican Research Institute for occupational safety and health of the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan and holds a Master of Economics degree. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies at the Eurasian National University, focusing on improving the system of accounting and analysis of labor protection costs.
Inara Sarybayeva has made significant contributions to her field, evidenced by her authorship of over 30 scientific publications. Furthermore, she brings valuable experience as part of research groups for five scientific projects: – Risk-oriented organizational and economic mechanisms for ensuring safe work in modern Kazakhstan.

System modeling of the processes of formation and implementation
of statistical observations on the state of labor protection in the Republic of Kazakhstan; Economic problems of safe work and institutional transformations of the insurance mechanism in the Republic of Kazakhstan; Transformation of the state mechanism of social guarantees in relation to persons employed in harmful working conditions in the modern context; Improving the system for accounting and analyzing occupational health and safety costs in industries with a high risk of occupational accidents. These projects revolve around the domain of occupational safety and health, with a specific focus on industrial accident insurance.

Ms. Sholpan Abikenova

Ms. Sholpan Abikenova holds a Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences degree and currently serves as the Deputy Director General of the National Confederation of Employers “Paryz” in Kazakhstan. Sholpan Abikenova has authored over 50 scientific publications in this field. Her research interests primarily focus on ensuring safe working conditions, a critical aspect of workplace
management and employee well-being. Additionally, her scholarly pursuits extend to areas such as risk assessment methodologies, the implementation of safety protocols in diverse occupational settings,
and the development of systems for accounting and analyzing costs related to occupational safety and hygiene. Sholpan Abikenova brings a wealth of experience in leadership, having successfully led five
scientific projects in the field of occupational safety and hygiene.

Mr. Mahdi Safari Monfared

Mr. Mahdi Safari Monfared is a literary researcher, he has co-authored a number of articles on various literature-related subjects. He has received his B.A. in English Literature from University of Tabriz. Ranked 6th in National M.A. University Entrance Exam, he pursued his master’s degree at Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran, and he was ranked 2nd amongst his peers at the end of the M.A. program. Dr. Priyanka Joshi

Dr. Priyanka Joshi is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of History at PES Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce (Autonomous), Shivajinagar, Pune. Dr. Ahlam Ahmed Mohamed Othman

Dr. Ahlam Ahmed Mohamed Othman is an associate professor of English Literature, Faculty of Arts & Humanities, British University in Egypt. She has a Ph.D. in English Literature from Al-Azhar University and two MA degrees: one in English Literature from Al-Azhar University; the other in TEFL from the AUC.
